Dugout · team management
Privacy policy
Effective September 17, 2026. © 2026 Dugout HQ. All rights reserved.
Dugout (team management) at dugouthq.app is a coaching tool. This policy describes how information is handled today, before accounts exist. If we add logins later, we will update this page and ask again where the law requires it.
What we collect
You type team information yourself: team name, player names and numbers, eligibility, opponent names, lineups, scores, and spray-chart notes. That is coaching data you choose to store.
We do not ask for your email, payment card, or a password in this version. There is no account.
Where it lives
Roster and game cards are saved in this browser on this device. They are not uploaded to a Dugout server in this version. Clearing site data, switching phones, or using a private window can remove the card from that device.
Printed pages and copied text leave this app. You control who sees those copies.
Youth players
If you enter a minor’s name or number, you are responsible for having a legitimate coaching purpose and any permission your league or parents require. Do not enter extra personal details (addresses, medical notes, photos of children) into this tool.
Cookies and similar storage
The app uses on-device storage to keep your card and to remember that you accepted these terms. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell coaching data. This version does not transmit your roster to us. Hosting the public website may produce ordinary server logs (for example, that a page was loaded) on the platform that serves the app. Those logs are not your lineup.
Your choices
- Edit or delete players and games inside the app.
- Stop using the app and clear this site’s data in your browser to remove the local card.
- Read our Terms & disclosures.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through the Dugout listing where you opened this app. Do not send player rosters to that channel unless you intend to share them.
